Privacy policy

This policy explains what TODO: Registered business name collects through TalentExcel and why, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, city, and optionally your WhatsApp number and availability.
• Profile and activity: skills, squads, applications, pitches, ratings and earnings recorded by our team.
• Payments: plan, amount, and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, never to us.
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, device type) without advertising trackers.

Why

To run your account, match you with co-learners and projects, show your public profile, process your plan, and email you login links, receipts and reminders. We don’t sell your data.

Who sees it

• Your public profile shows your name, city, bio, skills, completed projects, ratings, earnings and squads.
• Logged-in members can contact you via WhatsApp (if you add a number) or email.
• Service providers who process data for us: Notion (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Razorpay (payments), Upstash (security tokens).

Your rights

You can see and edit your profile any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email support@talentexcel.in. We reply within 30 days. Payment records are kept for 8 years as required by tax law.
