Refund and cancellation policy

7-day full refund

If the ₹365 plan isn’t for you, email support@talentexcel.in within 7 days of paying, from the email on your account, and we’ll refund the full amount. No questions asked.

After 7 days

The plan isn’t refundable after 7 days, except where we can’t provide it (for example, a long outage or if we close the service), in which case we refund the unused days.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your membership ends when the refund is processed.

Cancellation

Plans don’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. To close your account, email support@talentexcel.in.

Client projects

Payments between clients and members for project work are agreed between them and are not covered by this policy.
