Terms of use

These terms govern your use of TalentExcel (“we”, “us”), operated by TODO: Registered business name, TODO: Registered address, City, State, PIN. By creating an account you agree to them.

What TalentExcel is

A community where members learn skills with peers, apply to live projects posted by clients, and work solo or in squads of up to 5. We connect members and clients; unless a project page says otherwise, the client pays the member or squad directly and we are not a party to that agreement.

Your account

You log in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure. Give accurate information, and don’t share your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Membership plan

The membership costs ₹365 for 365 days and does not renew automatically. Buying again before it ends adds 365 days to your current end date. Refunds follow our refund policy. Earning figures on our roadmaps are targets for members who complete the milestones, not promises of income.

How to behave

• Be honest in pitches and on your profile. Don’t claim work you didn’t do.
• Deliver what you agree to with clients and squad-mates, or tell them early if you can’t.
• No harassment, spam, or sharing other members’ contact details outside the platform.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post. You let us show it on the platform and on your public profile. Client briefs belong to the clients who post them.

Liability

We provide the platform as is. We are not liable for disputes between members and clients, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We’ll tell you by email before material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in TODO: City having jurisdiction. Questions: support@talentexcel.in.
